Good Content is vital, but How do you get comfortable creating it?
The web is flooded with pages that offer information, opinions, reviews and more but what makes certain ones stand out?
Well it used to be more of a technical thing, were the best keywords or most efficient SEO job would generate the traffic, but as the Social media revolution has taken over this has started to change. Now if you don't provide good content thats unique and most of all interesting then your just going to get lost in the background.
So Content is Key....but what dose that exactly mean? well basically you've got to know how to be comfortable writing online, and especially if your trying to sell a product or promote an affiliate link then you want to be able to interact with your readers, to 'talk' to them rather than just unload your point and move on.
Now I'm still getting started with Internet Marketing and everything involved with it, but as i'm learning i've explored various systems and even a few courses, but perhaps the most useful thing i've spent my time on is just getting used to using the Internet.
Forums, blogs, social networks are all out there and although they can take an incredible amount of time to get results the benefits of using them are surprising.
For one they can of course be a great tool for promoting your site since you can focus whole pages on your particular keywords or area, but much more than that it gives you an opportunity to experience just how the new social model works.
Without a bit of practice it's easy to forget to be natural and try to become all formal and business like or even worse try to sell too much which will actively hurt what your trying to do, so starting out just getting to know the ropes by blogging about your life or experiences can really help to free you up when it comes to making your LP's (landingpages) or when creating and monetizing a blog.
It also makes it a lot more fun once you've got to interact with people a bit online, rather than seeing it as just another website or post you get to sense the 'community' feeling that is the draw of these sites.
Coming at it fresh it's easy to miss that sharing and community and without it not only will you find it hard to keep motivated to come back but you'll also see much less results than you do with dedicated followers and the sense that your actually helping to share something of value with those that visit your sites.
